Rather than asking for cooperation we were forced to remove the breath-takers series .. (although we found them freely on the internet elsewhere).
We received following e-mail:
I am the joint owner of the web-site www.breath-takers.com and, hold the copyright to the photographs displayed on that web-site.
It has come to my attention that you have copied my photographs and are using them on a site called
http://erotica.storage-disk.com/ without permission.
Please cease and desist from using my photography immediately and ceae and desisit from using content from my web-site IMMEDIATELY.
if you do not do this IMMEDIATELY, I will place the matter in the hands of my lawyers without further notice.
Please e-mail me back to confirm that you have done this

If you are their hosting company, could wou please do what is necessary to remove everything.
Our lawyers are already aware of the whole story and will be taking all the necessary legal procedures
against them with no delays.
I hope that you will understand that these actions would also be taken against the hosting company
if we should find ourself in front of a lack of cooperation.

Hey dudes: We have found the content on the internet, so we did not steal anything .. you still can download it there ..
Tried to find any webmaster deals to give you provit, but no go .. So the images where there for our own private joy .. nothing special .. The images are taken down and you have your free-link on this website to your webpages.
I think this solves the case.
